According to a story in this week's Billboard, it will be Zeppelin on VH-1,
not Page & Plant.
Promotionally speaking, Atlantic is really going to flog the BBC thing to
death. The article states that VH-1 is doing a "Legends" special on Zep,
which will air before showings of (you guessed it) TSRTS. The special
supposedly will include unseen/unreleased footage. It's about time. We
should finally get to see the WLL video on American TV as well.
In P&P news, Jimmy is quoted near the end of the article as saying the new
album will be a four-piece affair, basically. I'm paraphrasing here, but
he says something to the effect of "We did the orchestra thing on the last
one, so this one will be bass, drums, guitar and voice, like the early days
of Zep". Perhaps someone who has the magazine can quote it for the list in
full.
Who knows? Maybe VH-1 will pull out the P&P footage as well....
