G3...(NZC)

Hi Folks-

Just got back from the G3 show.  Excellent program.  Robert Frip opened
for a solid two hours.  If you didn't look on to the stage you wouldn't
have known there was someone playing.  A fantastic one man show, with
great over dubbs.  Steve Vai's guitarist accompanied some great riffs.  

Kenny Wade bored the crap out of me...blah!  Thank you Stevie Ray for
reminding us who's in charge.  Kenny Wade=Michael Lee...useless copycat
talent.  Get a grip!

Steve Vai had some excellent/good moments and Joe Satriani just blew the
night away, with Stuart Hamm and Jeff Campitelli (he's no Jonathan
Mover....but an awesome drummer!).... "Always with me Always with
you"....yikes!

LA and San Diego shows are the only remaining ones.  Catch them if you
can.
