This show was uncirculated until that CD was released earlier this year.
The makers of the CD left off "Killing Floor", which was known to be on
the master tape.  Fortunately, the full tape is now in circulation and
is included on the BBC/XYZ/Toronto tree on which you, Pouya, are a leaf!

Luis reviews the show (incomplete version) in his "last minute
additions" section, page 537.
