It sounds to me like it goes "you, know, you know," etc. as the other
choruses (well, such as they are) went.

The song to me seems to be as much about Planty's arguably favourite topic,
i.e., the sexual act, as much as anything else to me.

I'll leave it to others to discuss as they will.
