My personal favorite is the one from Tulsa 8-21-70--just after the 'Bouree'
section Page plays a few quiet riffs unlike anything I've ever heard him
play, making this a very unique version. That and the fact that he actually
speaks during the middle of his solo, asking for the house lights to be
turned down before Plant requests that everyone cool it. Outstanding show
overall, maybe my favorite.
