Show openers/Hindenburg

Hey Badgeholders -
I've kept up with the thread regarding what songs people want P/P to open
with during the next tour. Here is something I thought of that I think would
be very cool to do even before Robert and Jimmy hit the stage: The Tales of
Bron poem really impressed me as a great way to start the show (much better
then the musical intro used on the second leg of the tour) so I got to
thinking what they go do to top Tales. I would like to see them dig out the
old footage of the Hindenburg crashing in Lakehurst, N.J. in 1937 complete
with the naration by radio correspondent Herbert Morrison. Most everyone is
familiar with his "oh, the humanity!" lines as the Hindenburg was crashing.
Run the footage to start the show and then add something along the lines of
the Whole Lotta Love single cover with the woman holding the "baby zeppelin"
or the Swan Song image escaping the inferno. You've got the symbolism of the
death of a zeppelin with the Hindenburg footage (which robert, jimmy and jpj
want to convey to the world that Led Zeppelin is no longer) plus you've got
the "rebirth" factor which can be translated into the new P/P album. I think
it would certainly grab the audiences attention.

just a thought,
