Hey All,
I have a few comments I want to add to stuff :

I remember reading somewhere (and the VH1 clips from JPJ jogged my
memory) that in the beginning when Page and JPJ were session men, they
didn't know eachother very well. JPJ found out that Page was looking
for a bass player for his new group, and JPJ wife told him to go 'apply
for the job' because she was sick of him sitting around the house -
or something like that. So he did. And Page was sort of taken aback.
He thought that JPJ was too talented for the group and that Led Zeppelin
may be a step down for him. Can anyone confirm this?
I thought the VH1 special was cool. I saw lots of footage I'd never
seen before. Did anyone catch the funny comment Peter Grant added
about Jimmy "Led Wallet" Page? He was talking about when Jimmy actually
called him (paying for the call) to tell him the exciting news about
finding a cool new drummer for his band.

PS - NZC - Something I heard on the radio this morning on my way to
work : There is investigation into the apparant suicide of Michael
Hutchence that it may have been an accident. Have you ever heard
of suffocation during sex? Supposed to add some kind of fun.
