Yes, it's a shame but better late than never! To me this new release
is very exciting because I have heard only Playhouse Theatre and Paris
Theatre shows before and the latter wasn't even complete. In addition,
quality is now much better. One interesting observation: after listening
this BBC Sessions I know now that my earlier Whole Lotta Love 1.4.71-copy
is edited from Top Gear 24.6.69 AND Paris Theatre 1.4.71. This edit is
skillfully made but the sound quality is almost shitty compared with this
new release. However, this edit *has* Honey Bee and Lemon Song...

Of course it is when you are a real fan! Yes, you're right. There are always
people who are dissatisfied ("why these edits, why these shows but not those"
and so on...) Still, it's true that Whole Lotta Love could have been comlete
if there hadn't been some kind of principle that all the Paris Theatre
material ought to fit on 1 CD (why, actually?).

I think it's a release for 'average' fans. At least here in Scandinavian
countries (Finland,Norway,Sweden and Denmark) Remasters -collection sells
pretty well (TOP 10 album on each country's charts) and this collection
is certainly for those who know only a little about the band (the general
public). I believe there is clearly smaller amount of people who are
interested in this BBC material (though I wish it would be higher). And
we already know how disappointed 'hard core' fans are...

I hope the new album will be radically different than old Zeps. If it's gonna
be like "Rude World" I can't complain. If the new album will be like Zeps-
related, I might like it too, but the speculation of Jonesy's inclusion
would continue.

This wasn't the worst kind of what I've seen on this list...
