BBC questions

I have seen many different statements on this list and am totally confused
now.  I have seen that there is some kind of "bonus" cd outthere for the
BBC sessions and that it is avalilable at Best Buy.  I have also seen that
it is some sort of interview cd that most people have already gotten with
one of the boxed sets.  Is that the only place to get this cd? Will I have
to drive to the nearest Best Buy (45 min. away) to get this bonus cd or do
any regular music stores have them? Also, I went to the Tower Records web
site apon hearing of the "enhanced" cd that was available from them.  I
saw no mention of a "enhanced" cd there but did see that the BBC sessions
cd was something like $21 dollars (they say discounted from like $25.99).
Which is kind of stupid because most of the prices that I've seen have it
at $16.99. Is there really a "enhanced" cd and what is on it?
