Well, as far as track selection goes, there's nothing to decide.
Zeppelin played 3 BBC shows in '69 and '71, and *all* items from
those broadcasts were put on the CD. There's no other selections
to add, and it wouldn't make sense to exclude any of them. The
CD is aptly named "BBC Sessions" and that's exactly what you
have...
