I remember reading somewhere, I think in ICE, that Best Buy had signed a 
contract with the BBC for a series of live CD's from the BBC vaults.  This 
would include the Pink Floyd and Who stuff.  I think you are right, they are 
talking about the bonus disk; but they are wording it a little strange...
