I meant shows during 1968 and 1969 in England.  Chronologically after
Bristol 1/8/70 and RAH 1/9/70 obviously many shows exist.

Manchester etc. are after the time period I mentioned.  Wanted to
highlight the lack of early tapes.  Perhaps lack of popularity of group or
audience taping at that time and place.
