Bonzo's symbol

Badgeholders,
	I went to the nursing school building at school here today, and when I
walked in the door, I looked at the opposite wall and was amazed.  In the
main entranceway, staring right at me was a 3 foot diameter copy of Bonzo's
symbol hanging on the wall.  I asked a few nursing student friends of mine
what the symbol's significance was to nursing, but they didn't know.
Anyone know what Bonzo's symbol is supposed to stand for or anything about
it being related to nursing at all?
