Hey,
I'm about to write a killer exam and I thought, "what would
happen if Page/Plant's new album [we all hope] became a phenomenon with
teenagers, MTV, and radio stations"? What if they had a song, made a
video, and everytime you looked on MTV or the radio, there it was.
How many of you listen to the radio when driving or at home and hear
that particular song that is one 2-3 times day and say: "...if I hear
that song one more time...". Radio kills songs to the point where you
cannot stand to hear it again. Would you want this to happen to
Page/Plant or would you want them to have a good selling album but not
to the point where they are on every music station, radio, and stereos
of teenagers all around the U.S./Canada?
What do you all think?
If only there was a question about Zeppelin on this test?
Maybe...what was track 5 on the album In Through the Out Door? (5 marks)
Maybe...what was the encore songs for most of the Page/Plant tours? (4)
