Kevin,
A few weeks ago I saw Aerosmith in Seattle and was fortunate enough to get
backstage. I had a conversation with Joe Perry and asked him if he had
talked to Jimmy and if he had heard any of the stuff from the new P/P album
coming out and if so what he thought about it. Joe got a huge grin on his
face, said that he had seen Jimmy at the beginning of the tour and he had
heard a few tracks off the upcoming release in the early stages. When I
asked him about the songs, he said they (P/P) wanted to keep it pretty low
profile but said they still kick serious ass and expect a great rock album.
He couldn't get that damn grin off of his face!! Expect something
exceptional, especially considering the work habits of Page and Plant.
Rock on
