Moby Dick May 26th /77

>>Having collected Zeppelin for the last 17 years, I have been fortunate
enough to build up a large collection of shows. Of all the shows I've
listened to, there is one version of 'Moby Dick' that is by far the
longest......
Check out: Landover, Md. - May 26th 1977. It is an incredible 45 minutes
long and Robert even comments afterwards: "45 minutes of John Bonham" (was
he timing it !). Amazingly enough, the audience reaction is nothing but
ecstatic. Don't be confused by the CD version of this show 'Whole Lotta
Landover' which I also have...they have seamlessly edited Moby Dick down to
less than 30 minutes.

My first post. I have the TDOLZ version of this show and by my count Moby
Dick clicks in at about 35 minutes. My disagreement however is in the
audience reaction. I was at that show. The audience reaction where I sat
was numbed boredom. I have many magical memories from that night but Moby
Dick was a low light.
